dts: ipq807x: Removed external reference clock on HK10-C1
...
On HK10-C1, Malibu PHY Will use internal 48MHz clock.
Hence, removing the external reference clock setting.

This is because we will be needing pcie and usb deinit
during bootm.
Also during booti, bootm will be called, so that time
also this deinit will be called.
