This change adds support to enable multiple I2C bus on all IPQ
platforms. Removed the device specific changes and updated in
a generic way to support multiple I2C on all the IPQ platforms.

Printing on console while executing multi core command causes a race
condition in serial driver and results in data abort. Disable serial
console briefly during secondary cpu bring up to overcome the race
condition and data abort exception.

Encryptio/Decryption
- For encryption/decryption, plain data/
encrypted date has to be written to memory
directly using mw command along with
ivadata, type and mode
- Implemented new uboot command "aes_256"
to receive the memory address where the
above data is written to
- Perfom basic sanity check against the data
received and send them to secure world through
scm calls
- This is supported only for HK/CYP, hence not
implemented for TZ running in 32bit mode

This change modifies size of crashdump buffer to
12K from 16K for ipq60xx and ipq807x
This change also makes dumping of crashdump TLVs more
generic and does not assume any fixed positions for
static or dynamic dump segments

that has been adjusted to use last 16K of memory
allocated for crashdump buffer. This was done to
accomodate greater number of dump segemnts.

TX and RX descriptors are 16 bytes. This causes problems with the cache
maintenance on CPUs where the cache-line size exceeds the size of these
descriptors. What will happen is that when the driver receives a packet
it will be immediately requeued for the hardware to reuse. The CPU will
therefore need to flush the cache-line containing the descriptor, which
will cause all other descriptors in the same cache-line to be flushed
along with it. If one of those descriptors had been written to by the
device those changes (and the associated packet) will be lost.
To work around this, we make use of non-cached memory if available. If
descriptors are mapped uncached there's no need to manually flush them
or invalidate them.

This change is necessary as an additional 2 MB is
allocated as reserved memory for TZ_APPS exposed
in qseecom driver and we must notify the same
boundary as FDT_HIGH to uboot.
Without this change, the board gets stuck in uboot
with starting kernel message during boot up.
