Ram Kumar D 75bc424247 driver: net: qca8084: change inline func to non-inline func ... Currently, bottom level apis such as qca8084 clk and pinconf functions are defined as inline functions, which took around 1.3K memory in the uboot. So, update those functions to non- inline functions to save that space.
