Md Sadre Alam f2ed166473 driver: mtd: Add support to read entire ONFI parameter page structure. 
This change will read entire ONFI parameter page. This will helpful
while validating new ONFI AVL part.

To read entire ONFI parameter page data structure use command:

"#nand onfipara".
