ee6d41bc17 arm: dts: ipq6018: Update switch node in CP01 DTS. 
This patch removes all the port configuration.

By default all ports will be taken as Malibu Ports and
configured.

b0ced6d35e u-boot: dts: ipq6018: Update kernel config 
This patch updates the config from c1 to
emulation-c3

c3 config will be used for full boot chain and
c1 config will be used for standalone kernel.

a463618789 ARM: dts: ipq6018: Removed timer base from device tree 
We have timer enabled by default. We don't want the
register re-written as it is write protected by the
underlying layer.
