24751d12e1 netmode: Fix L2 netmode when modules are not loaded. 
We need to blindly trust board.json to be correct.
Since uci-defaults scripts runs before the init.d-scripts
has finished, modules and interfaces might be created
later on.

map-controller/wifidmd: add option to hide scan results from data model 
Controlled via 'de_hide_dm_scanres'. Changing it requires restarting wifidmd and obuspa for it to take effect.

sulu: Update nginx config to use ws-auth.conf 
Replace ws-auth-locations.conf with ws-auth.conf which includes
  rate limiting and network ACL support.
