b087dce57c do not use +bcmkernel for packages that depend on bcmkernel. Instead use just "bcmkernel" in dependencies. 
- This allows us to deselect bcmkernel and have all the packages deselected.
- Bcmkernel is the main package - these others are addons - therefore use hard dependency instead of appended one
- only use +<dependency> for adding shared libraries or other shared packages - never for application packages

9959bdf138 build: encode git version in tar file. 
apparently changing the git commit used is not enough the build still
takes the file in the dl directory if the filename is same.
