Masahiro Yamada f6c65bc2fa ARM: uniphier: enable DDR PHY parameter dump commands by default ... These commands are not necessarily needed for usual operations (they are useful in case of DDR memory trouble), but enabling them by default would be nice in terms of the compilation test coverage.
