York Sun 7eb40f0f9d armv8: fsl-layerscape: Avoid running dram_init_banksize again ... gd->ram_size is reduced in this function to reserve secure memory. Avoid running this function again to further reduce memory size. This fixes issue for SPL boot with PPA image loaded in which case secure memory is incorrectly allocated due to repeated calling.
