Saahil Tomar ea59bdfcf6 arm: dts: Add MI04.3 (RDP483) dts support 
This RDP 483 (MI04.3) is based on RDP478 (MI04.1-C2).
RDP483 has u-boot eth config:4*2.5GE (1+3)
