SRICHARAN R 5e9cd44ca0 ARM: OMAP4/5: Move USB clocks to essential group. 
USB clocks will be required for fastboot, tftp
related functionalities. Move these clocks to
essential group inorder to have the functionality
working when non-essential clocks are not enabled.
