Selvam Sathappan Periakaruppan a89291cec3 ipq: crashdump: Support for dump_to_flash in nand-4k 
Previously the MAX_NAND_PAGE_SIZE was defined as 2K
during when we will face issues when dumping to
flash in nand-4k. This patch updates the max size
to 4K to support the same in nand-4k.
