Tuomas Tynkkynen a72c618068 ARM: pxa: Remove unused ifdefs ... These ifdefs are protecting #include statements for files that have never existed. AFAICT this hardware.h has been copied from the kernel and the ifdefs have never served a role in U-Boot, so delete them.
