Stefan Roese ae9996c806 arm: socfpga: Add SoCFPGA SR1500 board 
The SR1500 board is a CycloneV based board, similar to the EBV
SoCrates, equipped with the following devices:

- SPI NOR
- eMMC
- Ethernet
