Masahiro Yamada 620110afe5 board: Do not add -DCONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE in board config.mk 
Board config.mk do not need to add -DCONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE
to CPPFLAGS because the top level config.mk does instead.
