amcc-common.h: Disable CONFIG_SYS_LONGHELP

Browse source 
There are a number of AMCC platforms which are close to, or with some
toolchains exceeding, the size constraints.  Disable CONFIG_SYS_LONGHELP
to get us room to build with again.
