ipq5332: TINY NOR: disable unused sf sub-commands

Disable unused sf sub-commands and
related functions for reduced footprint.

sub-commands disabled
---------------------
- sf update, sf protect, sf bulkerase

corresponding new configs added for above commands,
CONFIG_DISABLE_CMD_SF_UPDATE
CONFIG_DISABLE_CMD_SF_PROTECT
CONFIG_DISABLE_CMD_SF_BULKERASE

Functions disabled
------------------
- bytes_per_second, spi_flash_update_block,
  spi_flash_update, show_time, spi_flash_test,
  spi_test_next_stage
- do_spi_flash_berase, do_spi_protect, do_spi_flash_test
