Robert Marko fd76f6f08f generic: add CONFIG_REGULATOR_QCOM_USB_VBUS ... CONFIG_REGULATOR_QCOM_USB_VBUS showed up on Layerscape recently, and it looks like multiple targets disable it manually, so simply disable it in generic configuration instead.
