Lech Perczak 7d597f8709 ath79: teltonika-rut230: fix failsafe boot without SIM tray ... Due to "SIM present" input defaulting to "button" type, it is interpreted as such when booting, and causes the system to enter failsafe, if the tray is missing. Similarly to rfkill switch on TP-Link WDR4300 and Archer C7, make it EV_SW instead, to stop it from interfering with the boot process.
