Rui Salvaterra c366f63c40 octeon: add support for testing kernel 6.6 ... A rather trivial addition. Patches automatically rebased. Also add the new CONFIG_USB_DWC3_OCTEON (disabled) to the generic 6.6 config and sort it, while at it.
