Rosen Penev beca714ce5 ramips: elecom,wrc-2533ghbk: use nvmem for mac addresses 
Userspace handling is deprecated.

Since the u-boot ethaddr variable is quoted, we cannot use it.

Use mac-base instead to specify in dts.
