Martin Schiller d00ed19ed4 mediatek: filogic: enable CONFIG_MITIGATE_SPECTRE_BRANCH_HISTORY 
The Cortex-A73 in MediaTek Filogic 880 (MT7988A) is vulnerable to
multiple Spectre variants including Spectre-BHB.
