Daniel Golle f38c54c635 arm-trusted-firmware-mediatek: correct location of PKG_LICENSE ... As PKG_LICENSE is originally set by include/trusted-firmware-a.mk it can only be appended after that. Hence move that line below the include to actually make sense.
