Chukun Pan b6d59d21fd uboot-sunxi: remove earlyprintk for arm64 
Remove earlyprintk from bootargs for arm64 boards.
This option is only valid for arm:

```
Unknown kernel command line parameters "earlyprintk",
will be passed to user space.
```
