Stijn Tintel 59e62809e6 kernel: remove upstreamed patch from 4.19 ... This patch applies cleanly, so it doesn't cause errors while rebasing patches. It results in redifinition of inode_still_linked, causing build to fail when ubifs is enabled. Drop the patch.
