Evgeniy Didin 56f3aee531 arc770: bump kernel to 4.14 ... Currently arc770 is no more "source-only". Lets update Linux kernel version from 4.9 to 4.14 for arc770. config-4.14 was simply regenerated with "make kernel_menuconfig".
