Hauke Mehrtens 403d36ef3d malta: Add support for kernel 4.19 ... This adds a kernel configuration file for kernel 4.19 on malta. CONFIG_POWER_RESET_PIIX4_POWEROFF and CONFIG_POWER_RESET_SYSCON were activated because malta now uses this driver for reboot.
