This makes sgmii work for 1000Base-T SFPs by stupidly adding the sgmii mode wherever 1000base-x is accepted. No intelligence has been used in the process. But it "works for me". There is an obvious need for refactoring this code to make it more obvious how and why we configure the mac/phy link like we do for different modes.
