uboot-bmips: drop usage of AUTORELEASE 
AUTORELEASE has been deprecated from a long time. Drop it and hardcode
the release following the current one present in the downloads
repository.

f789454df1 uboot-bmips: Add U-Boot for the BMIPS target 
This is needed to boot the BCM6238-based Inteno XG6846.
Currently this is restricted to the XG6846 board.
