1.Fix the issue where the GPIO5 LED0 is reset when the network cable is not connected.
2.Optimize the auto-negotiation process to resolve the occasional negotiation failure issue.
3.Correct the internal packet processor settings to address the problem of some packets being lost due to header format.
4.Correct the internal packet processor settings to prevent packet blockage when interfacing with specific testing instruments.
