Add firmware files for the Qualcomm Cloud AI 100 product (AIC100). These
are consumed by the qaic driver in the accel subsystem. This revision of
the firmware comes from the 1.15.4.0 proprietary release.

Calibration Firmware and Tuning is used to calibrate the Amps for
the individual speakers on each laptop.
Calibration is already baked into EFI in the laptops from the factory,
these files are only used to re-calibrate.
However, this function is not used, and is polluting the directory.
We can remove them.
