08ab13d5d0 Intel IPU3 ImgU: Move firmware file under intel/ipu 
This makes packaging IPU firmware files more straightforward. Update the
links, too.

dbc294d3e4 Intel IPU6: Move firmware binaries under ipu/ 
Move the IPU6 firmware binaries under ipu/ directory. This way it should
be easier to distinguish IPU binaries from the rest in the future.
