e22074558b Intel IPU7: Update firmware binary for Panther Lake
Update the IPU7 firmware to 1.2.1.20251215_224531 version
for Panther Lake, this new firmware includes some updates:

- New signing key to support PRQ-ed Panther Lake chips
- Add some new features
- Fix some bugs

15cb201918 Intel IPU7: Update product signed firmware binary
Update IPU7 firmware binary, it is a product signed binary
used in latest Intel Pather Lake SOCs. Its version is same
as the old one, but it's product signed binary which can
be used in released product.

dbc294d3e4 Intel IPU6: Move firmware binaries under ipu/
Move the IPU6 firmware binaries under ipu/ directory. This way it should
be easier to distinguish IPU binaries from the rest in the future.
