linux-firmware: add Marvell PCIe8997 firmware images

Firmware version for these images is 16.68.1.p70

PCIe-USB and PCIe-UART are two variant of PCIe8997 chipset in which WLAN
is over PCIe whereas bluetooth can be over USB or UART bus.
