Revert "amdgpu: update gc 10.3.6 firmware"

There are reports that ASUS ROG Strix G733PYV_G733PYV is randomly
powering off.  This was bisected to commit 6a451a89f ("amdgpu:
update gc 10.3.6 firmware").  Reverting the microcode change resolves
the issue.
