linux-firmware: Remove duplicate fw and Rename Lenovo ISH LNLM firmware files accordingly

Browse source 
Rename Lenovo ISH LNLM firmware files in LENOVO/ish to
use platform-specific descriptive naming.

Remove older firmware files and update WHENCE entries
accordingly.
