DMCUB updates for DCN35, DCN351 and DCN36.
From internal git commit ffe3882cc.

Firmware release 0.1.50.0
Tested with DC 3.2.373

Release Notes:
- Add boot time crc command
- Enabled boot time crc for DCN36 by default
- Remove unused code for boot time crc
- Attempt to relock if lock mismatch occurs with HW lock mgr
