DMCUB updates for DCN25, DCN351, DCN36 and DCN401.
From internal git commit e617b02b1.

Firmware release 0.1.37.0
Tested with DC 3.2.360

Release Notes:
- Program cursor offload before disabling it
- Lock regiter for Aperture offset
- Update GPIO_DDC programming sequences
- Remove dead lock
- Fix brightness flashing with low resolutions
