iwlwifi: Add Sc/Gf firmware for core101-82 release

Browse source 
Update -100.ucode firmwares for Sc/Gf devices.
The other -100 firmwares (Bz with Gf/Hr) didn't change since the release
of core98, but in that core we didn't release Sc with Gf. Release it now.
