Markus Gothe f668c5cc33 ipt-trigger: Fix usage of KERNEL_MAKE_FLAGS 
KERNEL_MAKE_FLAGS passes arguments to 'make'
and not to the compiler which is probably
what was intended.

This solves a compilation issue on the
Broadcom platform.
