do not use +bcmkernel for packages that depend on bcmkernel. Instead use just "bcmkernel" in dependencies.
...
- This allows us to deselect bcmkernel and have all the packages deselected.
- Bcmkernel is the main package - these others are addons - therefore use hard dependency instead of appended one
- only use +<dependency> for adding shared libraries or other shared packages - never for application packages

build: encode git version in tar file.
...
apparently changing the git commit used is not enough the build still
takes the file in the dl directory if the filename is same.
