Mats Karrman	b903e729e8	dg400: layer2_interface_ethernet: Delay tmctl porttminit calls, refs #8007 ... After switching to bcmkernel 4.16L.04, the porttminit of the WAN if started failing with message: ERROR[tmctl_portTmInit.186]: Invalid maxQueues=0 ifname=eth0 tmctl: tmctl_portTmInit() failed, ret = -1. ret code = 108.
