uspd: Multiple fixes

* Added resolve method to verify object path
* Added check to identify the valid paths before any operation
* Align instance names as per obuspa
* Fix unit test cases as per the new instance syntax
* Fix usp freeze issue on invalid syntax in path
 - ubus call usp get '{"path":"Device.\*"}'
