The permissions for files in your build are -rw-r--r--, so I still see adverts, cannot access certain parts of the extensions options, and there is no icon for the toolbar. I'm sure there's other problems as well, but I couldn't be bothered to investigate as everything is readable but not executable, which is the crux of the problem.
