The README says that qdl is a "tool communicates with USB devices of id 05c6:9008 to upload a flash loader and use this to flash images.", however given that it implements the sahara protocol, and that protocol is used (at least) by the bootrom to enable to load code, we can safely mention a 'bootrom' in the package description to unify it with other packages like omap-usb-boot.
