Revert "Workaround build breaking without set C or LDFLAGS" 
This reverts commit 08667cde99.

CFLAGS and LDFLAGS are both set by default makepkg.conf. If users
are customising their environments to alter (e.g., remove/unset)
these flags, they should be knowledgeable enough to deal with
situations where they are expected to exist.
