Adding a patch to devendor qscintilla-qt5, which was vendored in the new setup using cmake for the Qt GUI. Adding TODOs and NOTES. Running encapsulated build commands in subshells in build() instead of hopping dirs. Cleaning up and extending the various installations in package().
