chore: Remove playerctl from dependencies

Browse source 
playerctl is no longer needed as a runtime dependency. The project has
replaced playerctl subprocess calls with direct GDBus API for MPRIS
communication. gio-2.0 (GLib) is already included via libappindicator3
dependency, so no new dependencies are required.
