6c4e5c8158 Added footprint of the SMA connector 
The SMA connector is the original one used in Retevis C62. Dimensions
are based on measurements of the real part.

f2454bd04e tweaked the power-on circuit 
- supplied the XNOR gate with 5V instead of 3.3V
- added a MOSFET to drive the 3.3V DC/DC converter's EN pin
- removed a pull-up resistor at the ON/OFF line
