- supplied the XNOR gate with 5V instead of 3.3V
- added a MOSFET to drive the 3.3V DC/DC converter's EN pin
- removed a pull-up resistor at the ON/OFF line

Added second step-down converter for 3.3 V
...
* Second TPS562203-based converter for 3.3 V rail.
* Changed inductors for a thinner variant 2.8 mm instead of 4.8 mm
* Recommended inductors are SRN6028-4R7M or FNR6028S4R7MT
* Removed 3.3V LDO output from the SoM
